i’m curious about how startups get started and what makes them succeed. i learn by doing, so i spend most of my time helping founders whose startups haven’t yet taken off.
i like to travel. i collect books. i appreciate good design. maybe one day i’ll do stand-up at madison square garden.
i live in miami with my wife angie and our two daughters, ali and lia. i was born in the dominican republic. i’ve lived in mountain view, new york, sao paulo, and mexico city. every few weeks, i visit san francisco.
