every word on this site was published reluctantly. broadcasting myself to strangers on the internet feels uncomfortable. i prefer talking with you one on one. i prefer my privacy.
but lately, i’ve started to suspect that i should change. many of you reach out with similar problems. instead of coming up with different versions of the same solution on the fly, it would be better for both of us if i published a single version of the best solution.
not only would it help you more, it would also help more of you. anyone anywhere could read it any time.
most importantly, good writing is good thinking. writing helps me discover ideas i had previously dismissed or overlooked. like this one.
